This is literally a process that can turn into a 5 day retreat, but I have condensed it into a mini-retreat day. I am a trained and experienced guide into the realm of the spiritual creative, and create the space and the safe container for you to come let down your walls and allow the Divine to express through YOU. We will begin with an intention setting ceremony, followed by a brief sharing circle…
