Family Constellations With Dr. Logan Sparks

The Phoenix workshop is a shorter and focuses on relational issues of all kinds. We will look at what boundaries really are, and constantly how to best flow with boundaries as something alive, changing, and as a help (not hindrance) to good relationships.

Family Constellations is a gentle, experiential healing approach that helps uncover and release hidden patterns passed down through families—often without us realizing it.

It’s based on the idea that we’re deeply connected to our family system, and unresolved trauma, losses, or exclusions from previous generations can show up as emotional struggles, relationship issues, or feeling “stuck” in life. Developed by Bert Hellinger, this work brings those unseen dynamics into awareness so they can be acknowledged, honored, and gently re-balanced—often bringing a deep sense of clarity, relief, and belonging.
