If you can move your body, you can groove your body! Groove is an expressive dance method where we all move to the same rhythm - but you also do your own thing - you do YOU. This is a super fun way to reconnect with your beautiful body vehicle, burn some extra calories and get your energy flowing!

If you can MOVE you can GROOVE!
Welcome to the super fun, no dance experience needed, zero competiton, do you own thing dance class! I will guide you on some basic rhythmic moves we all do together, but you move the way YOU want to move your body.
Burn some calories, make some new friends, and fall in love with your one and only beautiful body in this super fun class. Every other Friday! When it cools off we will go to Kiwanis Park and dance in the grass.
