Vibrational sound therapy can retune your body, mind and spirit, encouraging relaxation, healing and wellness. This is a gentle yet powerful modality using therapeutic singing bowls placed on (and around) the body to create a combination of tones and vibrations that produce a state of tranquility and act as a massage for the nervous system. A 90 minute vibrational sound therapy session uses therapeutic tibetan bowls on the body , a large bowl is placed at the base on the spine to induce relaxation and grounding throughout the session. Smaller bowls will be used up and down the arms, legs and hands to stimulate circulation and breakup blockages within the body. Chakra tuned Singing bowls are placed around the outside of the body to activate and open the chakras to allow for deeper release. In order to truly heal, the body must feel safe enough to release any repressed emotions or traumatic experiences. This starts with relaxing the mind and the nervous system. The human body is a beautiful conduit for vibration because we are made up of mostly water. This allows gentle vibrations to flow far and wide while creating space for disharmony in the body to come to the surface and be released.
